Who do you report to about bears on your property in Hewitt, New Jersey?

I live in the state of Washington. My daughter, Son & their 7 children {My Grandchildren} live in Hewitt, NJ.
Bears are on their front lawns during daylight hours. Nightime a bear sleeps outside my daughters window. Couple of weeks ago, a bear smashed the window of my son's girlfriends car. {police & board of health were there} Few years ago, during the day, a baby was ripped out of stoller & killed by a bear.Nothing was or IS being done about these bears. I live in fear that something will happen to my kids.
Who do I notify?? Can't they Move these bears Where they & My Kids can live in peace & be Safe??
Please Help So I Can Sleep.
