Bathroom floor remodeling

Eric,

My husband has redone our Master Bath, very beautifully, and wishes to leave the cement floor natural? using a stain sealant. The floor is in not very good condition, with chips, holes, stains, etc. Is there something else you would recommend we do to it?

If he is sincerely insistent on this, and not open to even putting easy tiles on the floor (which, by the way, would be much, much warmer on your feet in winter) I'd say the only thing to really do is let it happen, then find a nice rug that fits the bathroom floor.  :-)

I tiled mine with the same tile as the tub surround, and regret it. It's just too much of the same tile. If I had it to do over I'd use a completely different tile that looked good against our white cabinets.
