Barbie Pink 3-Story Dream Townhouse

Does anyone have the Barbie Pink 3-Story Dream Townhouse for their kids yet? I am wondering if it's (the Barbie Pink 3-Story Dream Townhouse ) is of good construction and worth getting. It kid of looks cheap compared to the older models.
