In my day job I write about Blood Pressure Treatment and treat those who suffer from blood pressure problems. Low blood pressure is a particular interest and I'm often asked about how to lower cholesterol levels. A healthy heart is becoming a huge focus for many of us nowadays. Improving your blood pressure control and thus the health of your heart and circulation system is really important. My most recent online "adventure" is to start a facility for people to ask me my opinion and to provide high quality medical advice online.

 

 

 

 

 

 

I also have a special interest in the problem of feeling Tired All the Time and in those who suffer from chronic fatigue or lethargy. This seems to tie in also to skin care issues or skin treatment problems and suggestions. Tiredness and fatigue can lead to major problems for many individuals in modern society and the way that this can affect all areas of general health can be quite invasive in terms of daily life and coping skills.

My work with footballers and athletes leads to a focus on Painful Shoulder conditions and on the problems associated with frozen shoulder or whiplash injury. Rotator cuff injury causes problems for many of my patients.

When not working I daydream about my next amazing european vacation trip  My favorite European cities include Paris and Barcelona and my next blog project will be to write about the best way to spend a night in Paris and how to find an apartment in Barcelona. I just love European travel in all its forms.

He would make an excellent president! He would also restore credibilty to the United States, something we lost when our current administration took office.

I agree about the credibility thing - certainly from a European perspective the US has lost a lot of respect in recent years.

Thank you for you insightful answer. The US has lost a tremendous amount of respect from our allies during recent years. We need a president that is willing to roll up his sleeves and work with other nations to restore our credibility. We need someone who is willing to negotiate, instead of having the philosphy of "it's my way or the highway". America has always been a leader in the free world up until our current administration whose philosophies John Mccain so plainly embraces.

As for Obama changing his mind, He has not changed his mind any more than John Mccain has. As a matter of fact he has changed his policies less. I wouldn't want a president who was not able to change his mind when situations change. That is what a true leader is suppose to do. A true leader will assess the situation and act upon it, even if it means changing his views.

I have been following this election from day one. I have become a CNN/Fox News/C-Span junkie. I advise my friends out there to start watching these stations for yourself and not listen to the grapevine. You are being misinformed about Obama. He would make a great president.Smile

No. Obama says he isn't a Muslim.  As president he wouldn't have to do much to swing things to liberalism toward religious groups, emphasis on persecuted Muslims.  In actuality he is a more far left liberal than Clinton.  The left wing socialists are following that age old dream of " give what you can, get what you need" all managed by an elite that lives on an expense account.  This touched a soft place in everyones heart, but poses the problem that there is no incentive if you get only what you need no matter how hard you work for anything.  They pose sweedens health care system.  Sweedish taxes start at 50%, andthe system is not loved by everyone.  Canada same way.   The gun grabbers are strident because they want only guns in the hands of police and forces they controll.  I don't like republcans much either, they would turn us all into peons, armed but not in controll of our money.  Guns would not make a large difference in corporate Americk.  Obama makes me think of an old movie, AKERIKA, watch it some time.
