Banning cheerleaders from NFL

The NFL is banning cheerleaders warming up in front of the visiting team’s locker room. I'm curious if this is a legitimate issue/concern. Any thoughts?

Would it matter to you if the NFL banned cheerleaders?

A foolish heart will call on you to toss your dreams away, then turn around and blame you for the way you went astray. - Grateful Dead, Foolish Heart

I think that the cheerleaders are definitely a part of the game... a part of the atmosphere.  It's like asking whether it matters whether fans come to cheer on their team.  In the end, every element of the game, including the popcorn, beer and hot dogs... these are all a part of the fun.  So, who cares?  I guess there was a problem with the place the cheerleaders were warming up.  This doesn't mean they are being eliminated from their job.
