I am selling a home in Wyoming and buyer wants to put the majority down in cash and the remaining amount to be repayed in 90 days after closure. What forms do I need to fill out to insure my repayment or recovery of property for non payment?

Talk with the title company you're using and ask their advice. They will probably direct you to a real estate agent or attorney.
