Ball park square foot estimate

I need a "ball park" square foot estimate for basic renovation of a store front office in a strip center. There will be two offices (with doors) and a reception area. Walls go to the ceiling and I need carpet floor, paneling over existing walls, basic electric is there but may need a few drop in flourescent lights and add two outlets per office. Replace commode and sink in bathroom. Help
