Baking question

If a recipe calls for shortening, what can I use in replace of it? I don't like using crisco or shortening. Thank you in advance for answering my question.

I simply use butter. For baking, use unsalted. For cooking, I usually use olive or canola oil.

I don't ever use shortening (Crisco) unless I'm melting chocolate for a candy coating, in which case I add a teaspoon of shortening to the chocolate because it helps it set up on the candy shell.
