Can my cake baked in a fluted tube pan be baked in a 13x9x2-inch pan?

This should work fine. Just make sure that the pan is no more than 2/3 full. The timing will change as well. Start checking doneness around 30 minutes.

Yes, it just will come out as a rectangle but it will taste the same.

Yes, you can, but watch it closely, the baking time may be less than for a tube pan.
