Baked eggplant

I am italian and i know how to make fried eggplant.  I want to know how to make the eggplant they make in the restaurants that is floured and in layers.  I dont know what the batter is made of.  I know its not bread crumbs.  Any help????????

Help yourself with Skin Tag Removal

See apply oil to eggplant leave aside . Mix besam yellow gram flour with salt, turmeric powder with little bit of pepper , chili powder . dip these eggplants and fry in oil . you will prepare wht you see in restraurants.
