I would assume that you mean Baden-Baden in Germany. You need to go to the German Phone Directory which is available on AOL or Yahoo.
u 1st need to find the country code an overseas operater will b able 2 help u with this. its been 17 years since i have been there. try american operator 1st, tell them what u r trying 2 do and what it is that u need good luck.
