Bad game

When you lose a game you should try not to view it as a "bad" game. You should see it as an opportunity to learn from your mistakes and prevent the same thing from happening next time. Do not let it bring you down. Just play back your mistakes in your head and allow them to motivate you to practice enough to build your skills and your confidence!

When having a bad game it's really important not to dwell on the feeling of failure. Remember bad games are part of sports and the difference between a winner and a loser can be seen in the way they cope when the going gets tough.

It's easy to have a good attitude and be confident when you're winning but the test is when things go sour.
