Bad Migraines

I have been getting migraines the last few days. They are like sharp pains in the same place every time in the back of my head. I heard once that they can be related to stress or tenseness in the neck an shoulders. Is this true? Are there stretches or ways to sit that will release some of the tension in my upper back and shoulders?

I've had migraines for years. After talking to many doctors, it seems migraines can be caused by many things. Yes, tight muscles can cause these really bad headaches--not even just neck and shoulders, but also your leg muscles--they pull on the muscles in your back, which pull on your neck muscles, which cause tension headaches.

Also, caffeine, sugar, chocolate, even food allergies could be causing your migraine. If you have high toxicity levels in your blood (often caused by foods filled with preservatives), or you have low mineral or vitamin levels, this can also be part of the problem.

The best thing to do is eat healthy foods, and exercises and stretch regularly. I even wrote a book on good exercises and stretches--if you want, you can check it out www.SecretBackPainExercises.com
Hope this helps...Sean
