Anyone Else Have Bad Luck With Shawn Casey?

Shawn Casey has the worst customer service. I've called his Mining Gold (general customer service provider) and cannot get off his automated DVD subscription list at$99 a month. They never remember that I've called or keep my information. Last month they told me I could only get a refund for most recent charge. I said that was fine. Now, I get charged again, and they're telling me the same thing. But now the "most recent charge" is ANOTHER CHARGE! I'm now out $200 dollars because of these people. Anyone else have this problem? Jay - First - I apologize for the problems you're having. There's no excuse for anyone not following through on the commitments they made to you.

We checked our records and show that you contacted us on October 16th (the day before you posted on this site). On that day, we refunded the charge from September 30th and canceled any further monthly billing.

If you saw something from us with the same amount on your credit card bill for October 17th, it was the refund showing up. That date would not have been your regular monthly billing so it would not have been an additional charge.

Again - I apologize for any problems with our customer service, but our records show that we've responded to your requests.
