Backward priorities

Hi.  I'm trying to write an autoresponder to wake people up.  I am a home based business coach.  I've spoken to people whe claim they are desperate to make a good income from home but "don't have the $2,000" start up fee.

I understand but find out later "Well, we decided to buy a plasma TV instead or he's out setting up our new hot tub?"  What can I write to wake them up! Help - I just don't understand!
