 Well, there isn't anything like that, but it's not really hard to make one.

NZ is the capital of tracks, and as one, there is tracks anywhere, the longest one I heard about is about two weeks in the beautiful bushes of the Fiordland, and is assembled from 3 different tracks, while two of them are "great walks" (Great Walk is 1 of 9 chosen of greatest walks in NZ, don't take that as a guarantee for enjoyment, and all of them are constructed to be as easy to walk as possible, also, very crowdy in the high season).

But if you won't mind to do little brakes in your trip, than your possibilities will get much wider, but anyway, it's really not hard to plan a walking track for a month, and I suggest you to get there and find what suits you best.

The South Island has much more beautiful nature to walk in than the North one, so I would start there.
