Baby weight

i had a baby 6 months ago and i love my weight now. but i hate y stomach how can i get rid of the belly fat without losing what i have

How do I find the time?

The best answer is to exercise.  There are a number of ways to focus on the stomach - pilates is very common with new mums - I love it.

Swimming is also good for the stomach and I find it very relaxing - you can even go with your baby (although not while you swim laps).  You can make it a family activity - my husband loves taking my girls swimming and it is great to start them at this age.

A good exercise regime will get you there, sit ups and upper body workouts can really work.

When I wanted to lose my pregnancy weight i tried proactol and that really helped me lose weight
