A couple of things...more on point...
What would the uproar have been if her comments had been made by Ruth B. Ginsburg and she'd changed 'hispanic' to Jew....or if Scalia had used the word 'Italian' or Clarence Thomas used the word 'black man'?
Secondly, I find it odd that no one in her party or the media is refuting the 'racist' charge against her. They are all posturing that the criticism of her is 'unfair' or 'unkind'. No one is saying the charges are false.
