What do you mean by "average usage" ? 

Average amount of people using? Average time of connectivity per 100 users ? Average data streaming in a month?

Computers are the wave of the future.

I'm going to say that most third world countries don't rely or much less use computers nearly as much as westernized countries do.

I think most internet marketers are hiring virtual assistants from the third world countries like Philippines and India. Therefore, they are also spending lots of time with the internet.
