Automatic Date in 07 Excel

 

In 2007 Excel how can I make a cell with a date in it update every time I save it or open it

1.Right click on the cell where u want date to be displayed.

2.Select "Format Cells" from the drop down menu.

3.Select the date format you would like to use.

4.In the excel top menu options, select "Tools", then in the drop down menu, select "options".

5.Go to the "calculations" tab.Under the  "calculation" header, select the options you want.Automatic will automatically update the date every time you open the excel file or save it."Manual" option will require you to refresh the calculations by pressing the "F9" key on your keyboard to refresh the date at any given instant.

2.Select "Format Cells" from the drop down menu.
