    I think you should call the  particular local Insurance company and report to them about the fraud.  Be sure you have all the facts.

contact:

1) Your State Insurance Commissioner

2) Your local consumer protection/affairs office

3) A word of mouth consumer fraud lawyer in your area who will work on a contingency

BUT MAKE ABSOLUTELY SURE YOU HAVE ALL THE HARD EVIDENCE, A AFFIDAVITS OF YOUR WITNESSES EARLY ON WHILE THEIR MEMORY IS STILL FRESH

TAKE PICTURES OF NY EVIDENCE AND PUT THEM ON A CD + EXTRA COPY

MAKE COPIES OF ALL WRITTEN EVIDENCE
