auto electric, for electric windows on 1990 buick century, where are the circuit breakers,and the fusible thermal links in the wring located

Conservation: Paying more and getting less.

I looked at a wiring diagram for this system and it didn't show any fuse able links. It does show a 30 amp circuit breaker in the fuse block. I believe these were the type that reset themselves after a period of time. They looked like an oblong silver fuse.
