While I am not an expert I am a mom and I urge you to get your child tested by a neurologist.  My 20 year old son was diagnosed with ADHD and ODD and I accepted the diagnosis even though it never fit.  We tried the ritalin, adderal, concerta you name it and none of the medications seemed to do anything.  When he turned 18 he stopped taking the medication because he said it just didn't do anything for him.  We just found out that he actually has Asperger's.  Now we have a long road ahead of us, but we actually have answers.  So from one mom to another - follow your mother's intuition...
