A:- Right click on your desktop and click "properties."
- Select the"Settings" tab.
- Click the "Advanced" button.
- Select the "Adapter" tab and it should say the exact model of your graphics card.
You don't need a serial number to find your model number and and you probably won't find a serial number unless you tear open your machine.
These instructions are for Windows XP but it should be similar for any other Windows OS.
