Ask for error:The application has detected an unexpected problem and must shutdown

I have down loaded an e-mail application by Nokia 6111 and saved in my Applications File. However when I try to open/run the application I get this message; "The application has detected an unexpected problem and must shutdown." followed by the following message; "Required installation files have failed to download. Please ensure sufficient coverage and restart the application." Will somebody please tell me what is wrong (why I can't run the application on my phone) and how I can fix it. Thanks!

Assuming you have enough free space, I suggest to download and reinstall the application. The file may got corrupted somehow. What's the name of the application?

It is suggested too by customer services of the application, to download and reinstall the application. I did it but no work. The name of application is Telkomsel you've got mail.

In fact I've asked support from Nokia by Nokia Internet Careline, and even I've visited Nokia Care branch in my city. But also all is no change. I give up to use this application and thinking another mail application like movamail, etc. Thank you anyway.
