Asado (from asar , to roast) originally referred to a particular cut of beef, the brisket, meant to be slowly grilled or roasted, but now refers to the barbecue as a process and a rite.

 


Basically all you need to do is to keep the meat at a low temp for a long time; if you have gas grill just put the meet on any contraption that would be far enough from the flames.
