A:Could be Neuropathy or simply the way your breathing. This is probably best answered by your physician as to the cause. However, in my opinion (not clinical) your Arava is still working. Over time we sometimes have to change medication not because they stop working but because symptoms have gotten worse or due to a new illness. --- C1
