My present system, furnace/air is 33 years old, has had minimal repair. 2200 square feet to house, 12" blown in insultation above ceiling, ? insulation in walls (daytime temp. exceeds 91 degrees, system runs most of the time), roof low w/dark shingles. Poor distribution system. Am convinced system installed by idiots!
