Is Apples operating system made by Microsoft?

Bite your tongue!! LOL! While OS X is designed to be more compatible with Microsoft technologies, it is definitely not made by them. Jacval posted a link to a good article.

Thank you I read about it in a Mac magazine, that is how I knew Becasue i own two mac computers, but I do have two regular PCs also we have a viper and  Cyber power computer, it is a gaming computer i bought for my son it is huge the tower alone cost $2,500. I'm ashamed to say my son will not get off that computer he stays on it when ever he is awake maybe I should have not bought it. But my son is not well he has Asperger disease it is simular to Autism, and he has hirschspring disease. So he is on SSI(disability).

It may be compatible with Windows programs, they are not the same OS.

No Microsoft provides Windows operating system and Windows 7 is it latest edition where as apple offers MAC operating system.
