Apple store charge problem, i want to charge some iphone applications

I am trying to charge a download from the apple store on a credit card, the request is for the 3 letter no on the back of the card. I put the 500 down from the card, apple store rejected this as wrong i checked with the bank and am told it is correct, confront apple, consider your apple confronted. Help

The CC number, name, billing address, phone number, expiration date, and CCV (3 digit code on signature panel on the back of Visa/MC/Discover or 4 digit code on front top right of AmEx) must all match up in order for the payment to go through. In your case, they do not. Try another card, or get a prepaid debit card from a convenience store (or a iTunes Store gift card at any big-box retailer).
