What seems as not able to lose weight, might be caused by changes in the skin tissues. Eating one meal won't change that, so you can go back to eating normally. One thing you can do is to go see a plastic surgeon.

The surgery may have caused changes that can't be altered by a simple diet. If this is something that really bothers you you can consult your doctor but there is a possibility that losing this extra weight may be more than just difficult. I don't know how much fat you are talking about but anyhow if this really bothers you seek counsel.

Good luck.
