I have a Macbook. Over a year ago, AOL convinced me to go to AOL DESKTOP. Since then its been a disaster. Even though I have ATT Broadband high speed (yeah!), everything seems to go at a snails pace when downloading, even just when logging in. I continually get thrown off the Internet, usually in the middle of an important email, then it's completely lost. I even lose the emails when putting them on Draft. This sometimes happens as much as 10 times in a 2 hour sitting. Also, the bottom of the screen is so full of ads that I don't have space for my emails, and the home page does not have the nice features the old AOL had. AOL Help tells me the same story that this is new software for Mac, & they're "working on it." I think this is BS. Are these problems just me & my stupidity, or does everyone have the same or similar problems? Is this any different from any other servers?Please help!
