Why Does Aol Have Message Boards That Promote Criminal Activity?

If   you  got   youths  under  the  age  of  18  Please  make  sure  that  they  don't  go  on  to this  message board ,  Some  innocent  girl  at the  time was  age  15 , She thought  ,she was  meeting someone close  to  her  age , Here   the guy  turned out  to  be  age 20 ish  to 30 ish year old   But  her  cell phone  saved the girls life , I don't  know  if  the  guy  was  ever  caught

But  why  does  Aol  promote  message boards of this  type ,  And  they  got  older  males looking  for  young  innocent   females , If  your a  teenager  please   stay  away  from this  Aol message board ?
