Aol 9.1 inbox window problems

Aol 9.1 problems with mail. The inbox window is not showing the detailed information such as from, date. Please advise this has happened a few times already.

Here are some old steps that may help:

1. First, delete the COMPVER.BIN file.
a. Use Windows Explorer to locate the AOL folder and click it once to open it.
b. Under the contents on the right, locate the COMPVER.BIN file.
c. Right-click the file and select Delete. Select Yes to send the file to the Recycle Bin.
2. Delete the MAIN.IDX from the IDB folder.
3. Copy the MAIN.IDX from the BACKUP folder to the IDB folder.
