Live life to the fullest.

It is definitely possible to prevent as well as diffuse a panic attack. Here is a great article about how to "cure" panic attacks. I hope this helps.

You can control your panic attack with home remedies such as:

Take 1 ounce of linden dried leaves and boil in1 quart of water. Strain out the cooked leaves and drink 1 cup full of this tea every 2 hours.

Use 1 teaspoon of valerian dried leaves per cup of boiling water and drink this tea twice a day.

Breathe:  Panic attacks are a result of a buildup of CO2 in your blood brought on by holding your breath when stressed.   Take a deep breath, hold it for a count of ten, keep doing this until your blood ph is normal, i.e., when you feel better.  Also, talk to yourself, aloud if you are alone, and tell yourself everything is ok, you are ok.  Works for me, plus I take meds (Prozac)
