Antique porcelain/pottery (england)

Antique porcelain/pottery

teapot, creamer and sugar - mint condition. markings are

Imperial

Cliff

England   - all these are surrounded by leaf designs and are all in red.. there is a Ro No 193625 also in red. cooked in in relief is another number RD235853 and in blue baked in 12703.

I would like to have an idea of the age of this set and what factory that was, and if it has any value.
