Why is it that when your mobile phone rings next to your amp and speakers (and your amp is on)  you get these annoying noises? and is there a way to prevent it?

When your mobile get a call it starts sending  a radio signal to your cellular provider.

these radio signals turn to electricity once meeting with parts of your Amp who reads them as noise.

The amp then amplify (aham...) that noise and send it to the speakers.

The only way to prevent it is shielding the amp and all parts connected to it from the radio signals (can't think of a simple way right now...)
