I have to agree with fitness nerd.diet exercise, cardio and resistance training plus intervals and you  are good to go if you can maintain it. if not get a tummy tuck and be done with it. although if you cannot follow diet and exercise  a tummy tuck will do no good as you'll pit it back on later since you stick with old habits
