What kind of a person believes that when some people die, they become angeles
As far as I know all three monotheistic religions beleive that angels are the servants of the Lord or that they are guardians. People from the Latter Day Saints movement beleive that "God, angels, and humans are all the same type of being or species" (wiki). So perhaps what you are referring to could be some kind of individual beleif.
