American motor scooters built between 1930 & 1940

motorscooterI am tring to identify a Motor Scooter I have come across, it is two wheeled and has a Briggs&Stratton engine built in Junw of 1935.    So far I have not been able to find anyone who knows the name of it, so figured it would be in the Smithsonian.  I am adding a photo.
