should david cook have won american idol, I dont think he should have
David Archuleta was the marked favorite throughout the season, but I guess you still need more than a great voice...
I completely agree with David Cook's win. I think that they both are extremely talented and have beautiful voices, but Cook is the better performer and appeals to a wider variety of people. My friends and I discussed it, and all agree that if we had to go to either one of their concerts we would definitely choose Cook's. He is just the more entertaining and exciting performer and he knows how to win over an audience. Don't get me wrong, I think that Archuleta is wonderful, but he is still very young and has plenty of time to build up his confidence and stage personality. I believe that they will both be very successful.

I agree with hockeygilli with the consert thing, but the show is kinda for the best singer and david A. wins by a mile. I did not like e-ther of them that much I just liked david A. better. I was not suprised when david C. won I just wish david A. would have won

i didn't follow AI this season, but based on seasons past,every winner's not a winner. True talent will OUT ie Jennifer Hudson.
actually, the same goes for other reality shows, like ANTM.
