Are the American TV reality shows like Riki Lake, Jerry Springer real? Is there a script written or are these people real? I need a good backed answer.
Most viewers do not want to admit that they know who their favorite reality shows are cast, contrived and edited to be dramatic. Quotes are manufactured, crushes and feuds constructed out of whole cloth, episodes planned in multiact "storyboards" before taping, scenes stitched together out of footage shot days apart."
