Ask Eric Stromer a question here.Eric: We just bought an American Standard handicap oblong 16 3/4" 1.6 gallon flush (I think my husband said it was) toilet that WILL NOT flush properly. When you flush it it flows around in the bowl and does not go down. MAYBE after like 3 or 4 flushes it will go down. My husband is a retired plumber, too, and has fiddled with the float but can't seem to get it to work properly. ANY suggestions how to get this darn $200 plus toilet to flush now that it has been installed. :) Thank you
