What American Media Fail To Tell You About Nationalized Health Care ...,Great Britain's Health Care Nightmares! ...

This is what the American Media, and Obama don't want the American People to know about nationalized health care. And it is not only England, in another post I will show how Canadian Nationalized Health Care has the same problems. This systems are the basis for Obama's plan!

The following are all excerpts from BRITISH press, regarding the dismal, dangerous state of health care in England.

Great Britain's National Health Service (NHS) was created on July 5, 1948. As with all government programs, bureaucrats underestimated initial cost projections. First-year operating costs of NHS were 52 million pounds higher than original estimates1 as Britons saturated the so-called free system.

Many decades of shortages, misery and suffering followed until 1989, when some market-based health care competition was reintroduced to the British citizens2 .

Unfortunately for those requiring care, a mostly socialist health care system still has problems. The articles and commentaries in this section identify some disasters caused by government intervention in the British health care system.

Yesterday's gone and Today is going fast, Tomorrow is all we have, Until it to has passed

Ok, so they have made a lot of mistakes, if the US is smart they will learn from the mistakes made by other countries that were not SMART enough to make it a workable program. It can work and it would work if it were done for the betterment of mankind and not for the profit involved. Health care  should not be a luxury only afforded by the rich, but a RIGHT of every human being in existence. There are flaws in every program, but commom sense and intelligence could over ride these decreptentcies. They just don't want to! It's all about profit and who gains the most from it.

No one in this WORLD should have to go without proper medical treatment, because of lack of finances or insurance coverage. There is no easy solution, but there is a solution. Take the profit away and everyone human would be equal under the umbrella of health treatment. Even medicade and medicare aren't working in this country, if THEY deem the treatment to expensive or experimental, they can deny coverage. This should not be an issue, but it is in many cases. And our elected officials are to blame, by writing these laws, and not seeing the error of their ways out of profound stupidity because not one of them has ever been in a situation, where they needed medical assistence they could not afford. They are all jackasses and idiots, with their priviliged educations and absolutely no common sense or regard for those less fortunate. They haven't a clue as to what really goes on in the REAL world, we live in! They live in their Ivory Towers, oblivious to what transpires below them. If they truely had brains, and intuition, they could see the errors of their ways. But their greed for money and power blocks all avenues on that front.

We desperately need a National Health care plan that benefits EVERY CITIZEN in this country, and it can be done and it could be done, IF ONLY we had the right people to initiate it. But we don't! You can't expect miracles and remedies from people with the IQs of jackasses and morons, and the intuitive nature of dirt!!

Private insurer ‘rescinded’ sick patients

Amid a fierce debate on the best ways to pursue a healthcare reform, it has emerged that the nation’s largest health insurer rewarded its employees for cancelling coverage of sick patients.
Evidence released by the House subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations suggests the insurance company WellPoint rewarded its employees for retroactively canceling coverage of sick patients, a practice known as "rescission," according to Consume Watchdog.
As a result, the advocacy group has called on Congress to ban health insurance employees from receiving bonuses for canceling, delaying or denying necessary medical care to patients.
"The committee’s stunning discovery demonstrates both the need for a real public alternative to for-profit insurers and new legal accountability of insurance companies that are willing to lie, cheat and kill to boost profits," says Jerry Flanagan, health care policy director for Consumer Watchdog.
One of the biggest bones of contention in the current discussions is the issue of a government-run health insurance option, which supporters say would drive down costs by forcing private insurers to compete with the government.
However, opponents counter that a public plan would drive private operators out of business, increase costs and reduce quality of health care.
Consumer Watchdog says documents show WellPoint, Golden Rule (owned by United Health) and Assurant rescinded more than 20,000 policies over five years and refused to pay for more than $300 million in medical expenses.

Sometimes Words Speak Louder then Actions; It could happen you know,LOL....

I tell you what' All the problems you listed don't scare me, because those are the problems we have been living with right here in AMERICA, and worse. So give me the new Universal Health Care, and let it speak for it's self, because all you, that are trying to scare us, must have a lot too loose when United health care arrives.

We are not getting the whole truth from any of you. People educate yourselves.
