I don't know a little about everything, but I do know a lot about some things!

I agree with DB Lady ...... just make sure it's fish that contains Omega-3 fatty acids ..... salmon, sardines, mackerel, herring ..... the fattier saltwater fish!!!

I agree with them as A live time fisherman I eat fish only once A week sometimes twice.  But I like catfish and Bass and crapies.
