The way you have it worded it's as if being disabled and black has something to do with this accusation of Amazing ripping this author off.

Are you saying they're doing it because the author is disabled and black or are you trying to amplify the emotional response by drawing attention to those facts escalating the victim status?

Do you have more details or a link to more details of this issue?  I don't see any reports about it anywhere.
