If this is not just a publicity stunt, why do you not have lawyers contacting Amazon instead of just posting here on Yedda to people who can do nothing about it? Is there a question for us in the above post that I am missing?

Thank you for your answer. No this is not a publicity stunt. I just want to let the public know that the children book they are buying is stolden from the author and being fraudly published, sold and illegally using my name by amazon.com and their partners in crime.
I have been in contact with my lawyer concerning my children book. This is the biggest fraud and copyright infringement on a children book I have ever seen. I am not connected to my book at all on the internet. The devil got my book. I am going to take it back with the help of God.

Sylvia, I'm still not sure why you have a problem with Amazon. It is a "selling" site, no different that e-bay. The two books listed are from two different sellers and are in "used" condition, who pay a fee to sell on Amazon. Would you have a problem with someone on e-bay selling one of your used books? These people have just decided not to keep your book and to try to recoup some of there money. There is no fraud here, and you merely are listed as the author of the book. This book is not being published by Amazon, and they have not stolen it from you--nor are they illegally selling it. Why do you have a problem with this?

I saw on the internet where amazon is asking a publishing company to review their book Latawnya The Naughty Horse Learns To Say No To Drugs for publication. amazon is claiming my book. amazon have Weidenfield publishing company in the UK publishing my book this year 2009. They also sent my book to face book and said quote" brought to you by Sylvia Scott Gibson" unquote, I want all sales, publication and using my name illegally to stop. I see on the internet that amazon has been having my book published by other publishers since 2007and they have been selling my book since 2007. You can take up for the wrong as much as you like to but all lies will fall down at your feet and THE TRUTH WILL STAND UP FOREVER.
