Sylvia, take the proof you have showing that this 'book' is yours, hire an experienced attorney and then go after the bigwigs at Amazon.

As Uri says, there is nothing we can do for you and 'Latawnya.'

P.S. You might consider enrolling in a creative writing course at your local community college. I think it could help you immensely.

Thank you very much for your answer. I just want to let the public know that the children book that they are buying is stolen from the author. It is being fraudulently published, sold and using my name illegally by amazon.com and their partners in crime. I am not connected to my book at all on the Internet. amazon.com and others are committing the biggest fraud and copyright infringement on my children book that I have ever seen on the Internet. The devil took my book. God is going to help me take my book back.

Latawnya The Naughty Learns To Say No To Drugs is my first book. It was written 20 some years ago. I did not know anything about writing. I just jumped in and started writing to try to help children to stay away from drugs.I know I am not perfect and I make mistakes just like everyone else, but I love to write children books to try to help them and I have never been paid for my book. If I never get paid for my children books I don't care. Just so I know my book helped someone.
