All-inclusive

I was quoted an all-inclusive price from a catering company, final payment is due and they are adding taxes, even though they were not listed anywhere, what can be done?

The operative word is Inclusive. I would bring it to their attention and most likely they will eat the taxes themselves. I was their oversight and when dealing with customers like yourself, they don't want to risk getting a bad rep.

2 thumbs up

If a final price was already guoted, and the service was already recieved. Write on the last check (PAID IN FULL) have the balls to stand up for yourself. They wont take you to court for a few hundred dollars, aspecialy if the are not lisenced to be catering. I hope They are not a friend or a relative for your sake, if they are how much is the cost of years of bitter feelings? It may be best to take it as a life leason that cost you a few bucks. It's just money, you can make more.
