Alimony after the Divorce

Can a woman waive alimony initially but ask for a settlement after a while, like a year after the divorce?

A healthy relationship starts with trust and honesty and a big warm genuine smile.
 

Depending on what exactly was wavied, there is a possibility to get a settlement. The best way to find out what is and is not possible is to contact an attorney; you can contact one I highly recommend
